Ari Byland

Ari Byland started his career in the banking industry, before becoming a IT professional with a bachelor degree in Business Information Systems and focusing on Agile for the last years. He has a broad experience, ranging from Data Management and BI systems over application to web development. As Head Web Development (Vice President) he established Scrum at his employer as the main approach for IT projects and initiated the Agile transformation in the company and worked on several succesful web projects (online mortgage, CMS migration, and more). As Agile Coach he currently supported companies in their Agile transformation and coached teams and members of management. Currently he works as Product Manager Digital Banking on improving the life of Relationship Managers. He holds certificates as SAFe Program Consultant, Professional Scrum Trainer at scrum.org and a Master of Advanced Studies in Digital Business.
